Our fully licensed food trailer business is available to cook and sell our delicious farm meats at the farmers market, events, or catering. Our menu features our beef burgers (with all the fixings: varieties of cheeses, lettuce, tomato, onion, & mushrooms), as well as our sweet Italian sausage, lamb, and goat bratwursts with grilled onions & peppers. We also feature a breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, pork breakfast sausage on an English muffin or in a tortilla as a breakfast burrito with onions & peppers.
We are regulars on Wednesdays from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm at the Battle Creek Farmers Market and on Saturdays at the Marshall Area Farmers Market from 8:00 - 1:00 pm from May - October.
