Our fully licensed food trailer business is available to cook and sell our delicious farm meats at the farmers market, events, or if you need catering. Our menu features our beef burgers and cheeseburgers, as well as our pork, lamb, and goat bratwursts with grilled onions & peppers and a breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, pork breakfast sausage on an English muffin or in a tortilla as a breakfast burrito. We are regulars on Wednesdays from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm at the Battle Creek Farmers Market or from 4:00 - 7:00 pm at the Albion Farmers Market from May to October and on Saturdays at the Marshall Farmers Market from 8:00 - 1:00 pm.
