This year we launched our mobile food unit and are now licensed to cook and sell our delicious farm meats at the farmers market and events.  Our menu features our beef burgers and cheeseburgers, as well as our pork, lamb, and goat bratwursts with grilled onions & peppers and a breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, pork breakfast sausage on an English muffin.  Visits us on Wednesdays from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm at the Battle Creek Farmers Market or from 4:00 - 7:00 pm at the Albion Farmers Market.
